Our experience in residential work is extensive. In the Arizona White Mountains we have constructed many houses and several apartment complexes. We created these from the ground up, including road work, sidewalk, foundations, water and gas and sewer systems. We partnered in the construction of the housing development of Fox Canyon which consists of over 40 houses. With that same partnership we built the Paradise Apartment Complex and the Mountain Breeze Apartment Complex. These projects have taught many skills and helped us forge relationships with many different tradesmen, which further diversifies our range of abilities.
